Design Team

Mr. Crawford attended the University of South Alabama for 3 years and in 1981 received an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Southwest State Technical College. As a Utilities Designer, Mr. Crawford has been involved in the design of wastewater treatment plants, sewage collection systems, water booster stations and water lines. His experience includes detailing of buildings and structures, piping plans, sections and details, process and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical assembly drawings, mechanical design, equipment layout drawings, equipment foundations, process pads, topographic drawings, site plans and drainage plans. Mr. Crawford’s experience ranges from the original field survey to the engineering design and drafting in the office through all phases of construction in the field. Design and field work include topographic surveys, leveling, tank monitoring, boundary surveys, site grading, installation of drainage culverts, construction inspection in all phases, daily reports, and material receiving of equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, etc. for installation on jobsite. Key projects include work with Daphne Utilities, Spanish Fort utilities, Atmore Utilities, and private developers. 

 Mr. Rogers has provided services on civil projects throughout the Gulf Coast area. He has design team experience on projects ranging from airport runway improvements, to commercial site development, to road and drainage work, and construction monitoring. Coordination and scheduling of survey crews and conduct of land record research are included in his work experience.

Mr. Rogers leads the firm’s property and site development activities and coordinates the related efforts of appropriate support staff. He works with the client contact and design professionals to deliver client-responsive project designs.
