Construction Inspectors

Russell Helton serves as Construction Inspection Coordinator at McCrory & Williams, Inc. He oversees the activities of the firm’s construction inspection personnel and works closely with Project Managers to determine the scope and level of inspection required for each project.

Mr. Helton develops standardized procedures and documentation protocols to ensure accurate and efficient reporting and coordinates closely with geotechnical laboratories to support project requirements. His experience includes construction surveillance for water system projects, including tanks, distribution lines, and wells; sewage projects such as lift stations, force mains, sewer rehabilitation, and new collection systems; and roadway projects involving new construction, realignment and widening, pavement resurfacing, and stormwater drainage structures.

In addition, Mr. Helton manages the administrative aspects of construction projects, assisting Project Managers in verifying contractor payments and maintaining comprehensive records for clients. He has provided construction inspection and coordination services for utilities and infrastructure projects for numerous clients throughout the firm’s service area.

Derrick Etheridge serves as Construction Inspection Coordinator at McCrory & Williams, Inc. Working closely with Project Managers, he oversees the scope and level of inspection required for each project and develops standardized procedures and documentation protocols to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.

Mr. Etheridge has extensive experience providing construction surveillance for water system projects, including tanks, distribution lines, and wells. His sewage project experience includes lift stations, force mains, sewer rehabilitation, and new collection systems. He has also managed roadway construction surveillance for new road construction, pavement resurfacing, and stormwater drainage structures. In addition, he has provided specialized services to assess sewer lines in challenging swampy conditions.

In addition, Mr. Etheridge coordinates the administrative aspects of construction projects with Project Managers, ensuring accurate contractor payments and maintaining reliable records for clients. He has provided construction inspection and coordination services for utilities and infrastructure projects for numerous clients throughout the firm’s service area.
