Owner, Corporate President, Senior Engineer
Carah Hall, P.E. serves as Owner and President of the firm, as well as senior engineer. Ms. Hall is a Professional Engineer with over 13 years of experience in all phases of project development, as conceptual planning, environmental assessment/impact studies, preliminary studies, final design, community involvement, contract administration and construction. She is actively engaged in contract execution, client and employee relations, company and client budget and finance. She has provided and still does provide engineering services on numerous water and sewer utility infrastructure projects, utility relocation/improvement projects involving State and local municipalities, roadway improvement projects, site development projects and subdivision development projects for municipalities and commercial clients along the Gulf Coast. She is responsible for managing these projects from initial concept to final design and complete construction.
Ms. Hall currently serves as a resident engineer for Spanish Fort Water System, Saraland Water and Sewer Service, Mobile Water and Sewer System, and also works with the City of Mobile, Mobile County Commissioners, Alabama Department of Transportation, University of South Alabama and private developers.
Carah Hall joined the MW team in 2006 at an entry level position as an engineering intern and since then, she has functioned in every capacity of the MW engineering team. Carah attended the University of South Alabama, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Mathematics minor in 2004. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Alabama and is affiliated with ASCE and WEF.
Corporate Vice President, Senior Engineer
William (Billy) E. Wilkerson, Jr. serves as Corporate Vice-President of the firm and Senior Engineer. Former Owner/President of the firm, Billy is a Professional Engineer with almost 50 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Engineer. With an expertise in municipal utility infrastructure, construction administration, environmental services, and federal, state, local and private sectors, Billy is an active and committed full hands-on manager who coordinates and administers design engineering and construction surveillance services. Billy Wilkerson has a solid respectable reputation as an engineer and team player; in 1998, he was awarded Engineer of the Year, a prestigious honor in itself.
Billy Wilkerson joined the MW Team in 1998; since then, he has worked on over 800 projects for the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System (MAWSS). Mr. Wilkerson attended Louisiana Polytechnic Institute, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In the early years of his career, Billy worked as an engineer for the West Virginia DOT. Prior to his time with McCrory & Williams, he worked at BCM Engineers for 23 years, where he also served as Senior Vice President. Billy is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana and has professional affiliations with WEF, ASCE, AWWA, CSI and NSPE.

Project Manager/Engineer
Sean Estes serves as project engineer and project manager for the firm. Sean is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in each aspect of infrastructure design and construction, with an expertise in transportation engineering. From environmental studies during the corridor identification phase, to development of traffic control plans, to preparation of detailed roadway construction plans and bid documents, he has experience in all phases of roadway and drainage project development.
Sean has designed and managed project development for numerous roadway improvement projects and bridge projects for major highway segments, storm water drainage projects, and streetscape improvements with sidewalks & bikes paths for local municipalities as well as State agencies. He currently serves as Engineer for projects with Alabama Department of Transportation, Mobile County Commission, City of Mobile and Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners of the City of Mobile.
Sean attended Auburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1996. He is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Alabama and Mississippi and is professionally affiliated with NSPE.
